Mark Heesen - The State of Venture Capital

I let everyone know in advance, but CED and the NVCA partnered up and Mark Heesen came to Chapel Hill on Thursday and presented "The State of Venture Capital." Unfortunately, I couldn't make it, but CED was nice enough to send me a copy of the presentation to post here Download heesen_nc_ced_2007_02_01_2.ppt .  Thanks Adam.

In the presentation, Mark covers:

- the North Carolina scence

- the exit update

- performance numbers

Also, the News & Observer did an interview with Mark in advance of his visit to NC.

Some of the info is a little dated. They should have stuff up there that covers through Q2 2006.
