ChannelAdvisor Acquires RichFX

SCV portfolio company, ChannelAdvisor, announced the acquisition of RichFX today. We're excited about this addition because it should have a multiplicative impact on CA's business. CA makes a % on ecommerce channel sales and with RichFX increasing a retailer's conversions, not only will CA enjoy the revenue from that solution, but it should mean more ecommerce channel sales and be a double win for CA.
